OUR ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE:

IDS decision making structure centred on the 5 board of trustee (BOT) members including the Chairperson, Executive director, Project director, Secretary and the Treasurer, there are elected for a 5 year tenure at the annual general meeting (AGM) which serve as the highest policy making body of the organisation comprising the beneficiary women, youth (girls), children, community stakeholders including the donor partners and other minority groups.  The BOT members involve in policy implementation and meet monthly to review the organisational programs and activities.

OUR FINANCIAL CAPABILITY:

IDS Maintains financial records with supporting documentation in accordance with Nigeria and Internationally acceptable accounting principles. Pertinent programs recorded are maintained and available for examination by independent auditors on yearly basis by Donor partners and other authorized funding agencies/stakeholders open request. Annual audit report include independent auditors who have verified IDS’s ability to comply with both international and Federal Government regulations and maintain internal controls.

  4. Consultancy services,
  5. Community contributions( finance and other Resources including Labour), and
  6. Sales of crafts produce by trainees

OUR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
IDS management team is comprised of distinguished and practicing experts, acknowledged authorities, seasonal, tested and vastly experienced professionals and technocrats in diverse fields of human and organisational resources development, drawn from both the public and private sectors and from within and outside the country. They are also experienced trainers and facilitators who possess in-depth knowledge, skills and experience in sustainable development programing and the use of different training approaches and methodologies. They are selected for  different6 intervention project based on qualifications, areas of strengths and expertise.
